The location is GREAT! It is right near Earl's Court train station, SO convenient. The staff was very helpful. A faulty light was fixed quickly. It was also handy to store luggage before check-in and after checkout.
My room was slightly dusty.

i found the location advantageous, a short walk to the underground made getting around very easy. the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms..
i noticed the room i stayed in lacked sufficient soundproofing, and noise from the hallway was easily audible. this sometimes disrupted my rest.

i was very pleased with how close the hotel was to public transport it was a short walk to the tube station. the room was clean and the bathroom looked modern i found this most satisfactory. the staff were friendly and quick when i needed assistance.
the room size was smaller than i expected it was hard to move around freely with my luggage.

the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area for all guests a nice touch i appreciated. the luggage storage service was very convenient allowing me to explore the city even after checking out of my room.
