wonderful stay, great location!
spacious room clean bathroom convenient metro helpful staff
the room was very spacious , bigger than expected for the price, and included a microwave. the bathroom was very clean , and the towels were replaced daily. the earls court metro station was close , , made getting around easy. i found the staff very kind , even offering to store my backpack.
the pillows were slightly uncomfortable , but this was a minor issue.

friendly concierge perfect room
The concierge greeted me with a smile during both check-in and check-out procedures. The room included everything i needed. It was impeccably clean and modern.
The room was very small. I was on LG, so it was very dark, facing a window onto an old mattress, a wall, and a door (this felt unsafe).

The room featured a mini-fridge, a microwave, and perfectly functioning AC. The room also included instant hot-drinks facilities, offering tea and coffee. A comfortable bed and a good supply of pillows allowed great rest (i slept really well!).

great location helpful staff quick fix
The location is GREAT! It is right near Earl's Court train station, SO convenient. The staff was very helpful. A faulty light was fixed quickly. It was also handy to store luggage before check-in and after checkout.
My room was slightly dusty.

i found the location advantageous, a short walk to the underground made getting around very easy. the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms..
i noticed the room i stayed in lacked sufficient soundproofing, and noise from the hallway was easily audible. this sometimes disrupted my rest.

easy access friendly staff
i was very pleased with how close the hotel was to public transport it was a short walk to the tube station. the room was clean and the bathroom was modern i found this most satisfactory. the staff were friendly and quick when i needed assistance.
the room size was smaller than i expected it was hard to move around freely with my luggage.
